The aircraft commander has final authority over all operational decisions, including departure times, routing, and passenger conduct.
Departure times are estimates. JETCAB will make every reasonable effort to depart and arrive on schedule but shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical requirements, customs, immigration, or other factors beyond its control.

JETCAB maintains comprehensive aviation liability insurance as required by Mexican law. Our liability for personal injury or death is governed by the Mexican Aviation Law (Ley de Aviación Civil) and applicable international conventions. Our liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to MXN $5,000 per passenger unless additional declared value is agreed in writing prior to departure.
JETCAB is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including missed business meetings, events, or connections, regardless of cause.
8. Force Majeure
JETCAB shall not be in breach of these terms if unable to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, war, airspace closures, or any other event beyond JETCAB’s reasonable control. In such cases, JETCAB will refund any amounts paid for the affected service less actual costs incurred.
